Noam Noked is an Assistant Professor of Law at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. His research focuses on tax policy, international taxation, tax compliance, and information exchange regimes. He regularly publishes articles on tax matters in academic and professional tax journals. He holds a doctoral degree in law from Harvard Law School, and undergraduate degrees in law and accounting from Tel Aviv University. Noam is also a tax lawyer in the Hong Kong office of Baker McKenzie, advising financial institutions, trustees, corporations, and individuals on U.S. and international tax matters.
